The sign-up webform is available between 4:45-5:45 pm on the day of the meeting. Members of the public may speak for up to three (3) minutes each, with a limit of three speakers commenting on the same topic (an agency is considered a topic). We will be prioritizing one comment from each agency, until all interested agencies have had the opportunity to speak. Signing up is not required to participate.
