Approval of Minutes a) Approval of draft minutes from September 9, 2024 3. Oral and Written Communications Written Communications: All Written Comments received by noon the day prior to a Human Services Commission meeting will be sent to commissioners with a request to read before the meeting. If you wish to provide written comment to the Human Services Commission please use the email below: humanservicescommission@bellevuewa.gov Oral Communications: To be added to the speaker list for oral communications, use the Oral Communications sign-up sheet in the meeting room, or the link below. The sign-up webform is available between 12:00pm - 5:45pm on the day of the meeting. Members of the public may speak for up to three (3) minutes each, with a limit of three speakers commenting on the same topic (an agency is considered a topic). We will be prioritizing one comment from each agency, until all interested agencies have had the opportunity to speak. Signing up is not required to participate.
