This document is provided as a courtesy follow-up of the Special Budget Meeting of the Committee of the Whole. This document is not to be considered the minutes from the meeting, but rather a report of the information presented. All information contained herein is subject to change upon further review of recordings of the proceedings and composure and approval of the minutes from the meeting. Call to Order Committee Of The Whole 20573 1. Mayor's Introduction of 2015-2016 Biennial Budget Mayor Kelli Linville presented the preliminary budget for 2015-2016. She referred to a synopsis of her presentation that was sent in writing to the City Council and the Bellingham community on 10/6/14. Council Members asked preliminary questions that were addressed by the Mayor and Finance Director Brian Henshaw. The schedule of future budget meetings was confirmed. The next budget session will be held on October 13, 2014, in the Mayor's Boardroom following the afternoon committee meetings. Adjournment 1

They are posted at www.cob.org/meetings on the Bellingham web site. A hard copy of the agenda packet is available for review from the reference desk at the Central Library or the Finance Office at City Hall. Accessibility: The Council Chambers is fully accessible. Elevator access to the second floor is available at City Hall’s west entrance. Hearing assistance is available and a receiver may be checked out through the clerk prior to the evening session.
