Call to Order Roll Call Committee Of The Whole Daniel Hammill, Chair April Barker; Gene Knutson; Pinky Vargas; Terry Bornemann; Michael Lilliquist, Hannah Stone The Emergency Services Council met for the purpose of discussion and potential action regarding the emergency/disaster due to sever winter storm conditions, impacts related to those conditions, the City of Bellingham Proclamation of Emergency dated February 11, 2019, and changed circumstances.
