The Council will convene in Council Chambers and then immediately adjourn into executive session, which is closed to the public. At the conclusion of the executive session, Council will reconvene in the Council Chambers to deliver the report out of the executive session and take any necessary final action. The portions of the meeting that are open to the public are available to view in-person in Council Chambers at City Hall, 210 Lottie St., Bellingham, or remotely via a live stream available at http://meetings.cob.org.
