Call to Order Council Standing Committee Meetings: Lake Whatcom Reservoir and Natural Resources 20485 1. North Cascades Audubon Society's Offer to Donate "Scudder's Pond" Property to the City of Bellingham Terry Bornemann moved to recommend approval for obtaining the Scudder's Pond. [Editor's Note: This vote is intended to authorize staff to obtain an environmental site assessment of the property.] MOTION CARRIED 3-0. 20486 2. Department of Ecology Grant Funding for Public Outreach on Pharmaceutical Take-Back Program Terry Bornemann moved to recommend approval of the grant. MOTION CARRIED 3-0. Adjournment 1
