20485 1. North Cascades Audubon Society's Offer to Donate "Scudder's Pond"
Property to the City of Bellingham
Terry Bornemann moved to recommend approval for obtaining the Scudder's Pond.
[Editor's Note: This vote is intended to authorize staff to obtain an environmental site
assessment of the property.]
MOTION CARRIED 3-0.
20486 2. Department of Ecology Grant Funding for Public Outreach on
Pharmaceutical Take-Back Program
Terry Bornemann moved to recommend approval of the grant.
MOTION CARRIED 3-0.

Committee sessions. Standing Committee Members receive reports and information,
ask questions and, when appropriate, vote on a recommended action for consideration
by the full Council at the Regular meeting. Committee Chairs give a report of the
Committee Meeting at the Regular Meeting in the evening prior to deliberation and
formal vote in the order shown below:
