Call to Order Roll Call Dan Hammill, Chair Pink Vargas Jack Weiss Council Standing Committee Meetings: Lake Whatcom Reservoir and Natural Resources 20834 1. Interlocal Agreement between the City of Bellingham and Whatcom County to finance the 2015 Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) Boat Inspection program Jack Weiss moved to recommend postponing the approval of the interlocal agreement until the following conditions are met: 1) Council has an opportunity to discuss whether $100,000 is an appropriate amount for the City to pay for the program; 2) Council decides when it wants to see full cost recovery; and 3) Staff provides Council with a full program budget that includes number of FTEs, other operational costs, and a schedule of fees. MOTION CARRIED 2-1. Opposed: Pinky Vargas 20835 2. Interlocal Agreement between the City of Bellingham and Lake Whatcom Water and Sewer District to finance the 2015 Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) Boat Inspection Program Jack Weiss moved to recommend postponing the approval of the interlocal agreement with similar conditions made in the previous motion.
