20381 1. Resolution in support of City's Grant Application to Washington State
Historical Society's Heritage Capital Projects Fund
Michael Lilliquist moved to recommend approval. Committee concurred.
MOTION CARRIED 3-0.
20370 2. Work Session on the Alabama Corridor Safety Improvements
Ted Carlson, Public Works Director, presented. There was a discussion about the c-curb
down the center lane of Alabama Street.
Terry Bornemann moved to recommend staff work with the neighborhoods and have
more conversation before bringing it back to Council. Committee concurred.
MOTION CARRIED 3-0.

Committee sessions. Standing Committee Members receive reports and information,
ask questions and, when appropriate, vote on a recommended action for consideration
by the full Council at the Regular meeting. Committee Chairs give a report of the
Committee Meeting at the Regular Meeting in the evening prior to deliberation and
formal vote in the order shown below:
