Call to Order Council Standing Committee Meetings: Public Works/Public Safety 20443 3. Ordinance Related to the 2014 Fire Department Budget for Purchase of a Fire Rescue Boat Michael Lilliquist moved to recommend approval. MOTION CARRIED 3-0. 20442 2. Interlocal Agreement between the City of Bellingham and the Port of Bellingham to provide co-matching funds for Bellingham Fire Department's FY2013 Port Security Grant Program Award Michael Lilliquist moved to recommend approval. MOTION CARRIED 3-0. 20441 1. Contract award to Moose Boats, Inc. for agreement to build a Fire Rescue Boat Michael Lilliquist moved to recommend approval. MOTION CARRIED 3-0. 20444 4. Proposed ordinance amending Chapter 14.02 of the Bellingham Municipal Code regarding latecomer agreements for street and utility system improvements Jack Weiss moved to recommend approval. MOTION CARRIED 3-0. 1 20445 5. Bid Award for James Street at Abandoned Railroad Bridge Replacement (ER-0009), Bid Number 5B-2014 Jack Weiss moved to recommend approval. MOTION CARRIED 3-0. 20370 6. Work Session on the Alabama Corridor Safety Improvements Michael Lilliquist moved to recommend that the Council discuss at its meeting tonight the reduction of the speed limit on Alabama. MOTION CARRIED 3-0. Michael Lilliquist moved to recommend approval of the staff's alternative proposal to reduce the C-Curb. MOTION CARRIED 3-0. Adjournment 2
