Call to Order Present: Michael Lilliquist Ward 6, Gene Knutson Ward 2, Terry Bornemann Ward 5 Excused: Jack Weiss Ward 1 Council Standing Committee Meetings: Public Works/Public Safety 20528 1. Bid Award for Lake Whatcom Right of Way Retrofits - Water Quality Improvements, Bid #37B-2014 Gene Knutson moved to recommend approval. MOTION CARRIED 3-0. 20529 2. Bid Award for McLeod Road Culvert Replacement, Bid #41B-2014 Gene Knutson moved to recommend rejection of all bids. MOTION CARRIED 3-0. 20530 3. Update from the Fairhaven Parking Task Force Michael Lilliquist moved to recommend allowing the Public Works Department to continue its work until March 2015. MOTION CARRIED 3-0. 20531 4. Waterfront District - District Specific Utilities - Final Recommendations Council concurred with staff's recommendations regarding which district specific utilities to proceed with implementing and the appropriate delivery method.
