remediation of the R.G. Haley site
Roxanne Murphy moved to recommend authorization to close out an existing
Remedial Action Grant agreement and enter into a new grant agreement with the
Washington State Department of Ecology for partial funding of the remediation of the
R.G. Haley site.

Sanitary Sewer Collection System

Multimodal Safety Improvements Project
Michael Lilliquist moved to recommend approval of request for noise variance to
allow night paving.

Harvesting Retrofit of the Public Works Operation Facility
Roxanne Murphy moved to recommend rejection of all bids.

20750 5. Discussion of Proposed Department of Ecology Rule on Water Quality
Michael Lilliquist moved to recommend that he and Brian Heinrich draft a comment
letter to be presented to the City Council on the March 23, 2015, for Council
consideration.

20751 6. Proposed Donation of Padden Lake Hills Stormwater Facility to the
City of Bellingham
Roxanne Murphy moved to recommend approval of an environmental site
assessment for the property.

20752 7. Proposed Donation of 22nd Street Stormwater Facility to the City of
Bellingham
Roxanne Murphy moved to recommend approval of an environmental site
assessment for the property.
