Interlocal Agreement with Western Washington University, Whatcom Transportation Authority and the City for Sidewalk Improvements to Lincoln Street Roxanne Murphy moved to recommend approval of ordinance MOTION CARRIED 3-0. 20943 2. Water Treatment Plant Pre-Treatment (DAF) Project - Status Update INFORMATION ONLY 20944 3. Bid Award for the Water Treatment Plant Pre-Treatment (DAF) Project - DAF Equipment, Bid #28B-2015 Michael Lilliquist moved to recommend approval of the bid award MOTION CARRIED 3-0. 20945 4.
