Authorize the Mayor to Enter into an Interlocal Agreement Between the City of Bellingham and Port of Bellingham Regarding Preparatory Work for Granary Avenue Presented by Ted Carlson and Freeman Anthony Roxanne Murphy moved to recommend authorizing the Mayor to enter into an Interlocal Agreement MOTION CARRIED 3-0. 21241 3. Solid Waste Disposal Final RFP Presented by Ted Carlson and Eric Johnston Gene Knutson moved approval of RFP MOTION CARRIED 3-0. 1 21242 4. The notice of Committee Meetings identified below also serves as notice of Special Meetings of the City Council at the times identified as Council Members who are not members of the committee routinely attend and participate in the Committee Meetings.
