Public Comment Period Opportunity for citizens to speak informally to the Planning Commissioners on any subject not listed on the agenda. Speakers are allowed a MAXIMUM of three (3) minutes to address the Commission. Speakers will not be required to disclose their address. No testimony given. PUBLIC HEARING Revisions to BMC 13.08.010 and 13.08.030 STAFF PRESENTATION Kathy Bell briefly explained the reason it is necessary to make the proposed changes to Title 13 and Brent Baldwin spoke to the connection it has to the Subdivision Ordinance that has already been moving through the legislative process. PUBLIC COMMENT No testimony given. COMMISSIONER COMMENTS / QUESTIONS There was a brief discussion about when sidewalks, and associated improvements, would be required. MOTION: Garrett O'Brien / Lisa Anderson moved to adopt the revisions to BMC Title 13 as reflected in November 15, 2018 staff report. VOTE: CARRIED 5-0. There was a conversation about how Title 13 will continue through the process with City Council.
