Agenda Items 1. Approval of the October 24, 2023 Meeting Minutes Kevin Coleman moved and Marc Blake seconded the recommendation to approve the October 24, 2023 meeting minutes. All in favor, motion carried. Public Meeting 1. Bellingham Plan Sydney Prusak presented the outline of the Bellingham Plan Update (Comprehensive Plan Update). 2. Expiration of Terms The following members terms are about to expire. Shannon Taysi said each of these members are interested in continuing their terms.  Todd Elsworth  Peter Frazier  Stephanie Morrell  Nick Kelly  Kevin Coleman moved and Hollie Huthman seconded the recommendation to re- appoint the members to the Commission. All in favor, motion carried. Other Business 1. Public Comment Period There were two students attending the meeting. One student asked how the Commission can address some of the problems in the downtown. Peter Frazier and staff recommend the student reach out separately to discuss in detail. 2. For the Good of the Order, Legislative Issues, and Announcements Dylan Deane-Boyle provided a brief status on marketing meetings.
