Call To Order
The Transportation Commission meeting was called to order by the Chair at 6:00 PM.
Roll Call
Present: Jamin Agosti (Commission Member), Cindy Dennis (Commission Member), Aaron Miller (Commission Member), Jacki
Quinn (Commission Member), Tim Wilder (Commission Member), Jonathan Huegel (Commission Member), Andrea Reiter
(Commission Member)

Public Comment
3 minutes per person, 15 minutes max
Selena K (York Neighborhood) spoke in opposition to the WTA fare increases and just asked that
the Transportation Commission make any recommendations to have that not carried out.

New Commissioner Brad Johnson was welcomed and share remarks regarding his background.

. Consider approval of December 9, 2025 Meeting Minutes
Motion to approve 12/9/2025 minutes by Cindy Dennis. Seconded by Aaron Miller. Motion passed
unanimously.
Agenda Order Adjustment
Agenda items #5 and #6 were moved to the end of the agenda due to guest arrival. The
Commission proceeded with agenda items #7 and #8.
. Commute Trip Reduction Update (Interlocal Agreement)
Dylan Casper, city staff, presented on the commute trip reduction. City staff answered
commissioner questions.
Motion to approve the Commute Trip Reduction Interlocal Agreement made by Commissioner
Jamin Agosti, Seconded by Commissioner Jacki Quinn. All in favor, no opposition. Motion passed
unanimously.
. Speed Limit Setting Policy
Tim Hohmann, city staff, presented on the speed limit setting policy. City staff answered
commissioner questions.
Motion to approve speed limit setting policy by Commissioner Jamin Agosit, Seconded by
Commissioner Jonathan Huegel. All in favor, no opposition. Motion passed unanimously.

Seth Vidaña, city staff, presented on the electric vehicle charging in right of way. City staff
answered commissioner questions.
