Call To Order
The Transportation Commission meeting was called to order by the Chair at 6:00 PM.
Roll Call
Present: Jamin Agosti (Commission Member), Addie Candib (Commission Member), Cindy Dennis (Commission Member), Aaron
Miller (Commission Member), Jacki Quinn (Commission Member), Tim Wilder (Commission Member), Jonathan Huegel

Public Comment
3 minutes per person, 15 minutes max
Miles Silverman (Cordata neighborhood) commented on the proposed speed limit changes,
specifically regarding Barkley Boulevard through Barkley Village.

. Consider Approval of 3/10/2026 Meeting Minutes
Motion to approve 3/10/2026 minutes by Andrea Reiter. Seconded by Cindy Dennis. Motion
passed unanimously.
. Consider Recommendation For Speed Limit Ordinance and Implementation Plan
Shane Sullivan, city staff, spoke about the speed limit and implementation plan. City staff
responded to commissioner questions.
Motion made by Commissioner Jamin Agosti to endorse the speed limit ordinance and
recommend approvals to the council. Seconded by Commissioner Jacki Quinn. Motion passed
unanimously.
. City Owned Electric Vehicle Chargers Rate Update
Tim Hohmann, city staff, and Seth Vidaña, city staff, presented on rates for city owned electric
vehicle chargers. City staff responded to commissioner questions.
. Draft transportation Improvement Plan (TIP)
Tim Hohmann, city staff, presented on the Transportation Improvement Program. City staff
responded to commissioner questions.

- Provided an update on WSDOT opening I-5 tentatively at 5:00 AM on Thursday, April 16th.

- Grant update:
- Downtown signals project
Chair Report
Tim Wilder, Chair updates:
- Need to update 2025 work plan to the 2026 work plan on the website.
- Recognized Jamin and Tim for a well-done film screening for a transportation related event
hosted by Walk and Roll.
