Public Comment Agenda Items . Facilitating Successful Community Engagement with City Advisory Groups p. 2 WRAB members and City Staff reviewed the document Facilitating Successful Community Engagement with City Advisory Groups, which was signed by Kim Lund (Mayor) and Dan Hammill (City Council President) on 8/12/2024. . Water System Plan p. 6 WRAB members and City Staff received an update on the Water System Plan from Aurelie Nabonnand and Laura Kammereck of Carollo Engineers. . Draft Lake Whatcom 5-Year Work Plan - Status Update p. 60 WRAB Members and City Staff received an update from Renee LaCroix on the Draft Lake Whatcom 5-Year Work Plan. 300 comments were received, and staff need more time to respond to the comments, coordinate within the three partners (City of Bellingham, Whatcom County, and Lake Whatcom Water & Sewer District) and revise the draft plan.
