The month of January is in the city code for Board & Commission elections and will be the designated month going forward. . Public Forum on Water Use Efficiency Plan (15 Minutes, Riley Grant) p. 40 No Public Comment. . WRAB Discussion and Consideration to Approve Water Use Efficiency Resolution (25 p. 42 minutes, Chair) The WRAB has reviewed and recommends adoption of the Bellingham Water Use Efficiency Program and its related goals as presented and discussed on February 25, 2025.
