Public Comment Agenda Items . Lake Whatcom Land Acquisition and Preservation Program Land Management Guidelines p. 2 WRAB members received a presentation of the Lake Whatcom Land Acquisition and Preservation Program (LWLAPP) guidelines regarding management of the properties. WRAB members discussed replacing Resolution 2005-09 with an updated, more concise version that addresses contemporary issues competing with the programs' water quality objectives. WRAB members unanimously approved a resolution recommending adoption of the revised land management policy for the Lake Whatcom Land Acquisition and Preservation Program administered by the City of Bellingham. Vote: CARRIED 9-0. . Post Point Emissions Control Upgrade Update p. 40 WRAB members received a status update on the Post Point Emissions Control Maintenance Project - waiting to hear back from the Department of Ecology. .
