Postponed (Date TBD) Presentation of the Waterfront Commission Marina Basin Proposal to the Board of Trustees, presented by Adon Austin, Principal, Rising Tide – Waterfront Solutions. (Exhibit 1) 2. Resolution: ___ Accept and approve the Intermunicipal Agreement between the Village of Bellport and the South Country Central School District, where for a fee the Village would provide winter salt to the School District (Exhibit: 4) 4. Resolution: ___ Accept and approve the Intermunicipal Agreement between the Village of Bellport and the Brookhaven Township for the purchase of salt (Exhibit 5) 5. Resolution: ___ Approve the recommendation from the Golf Commission regarding the Restoration of the 4th Green; the funding would be made by the Golf Assessment Funds 6. Resolution: ___ Approve the proposal made by the Bellport Garden Club in the circle on North Howells Point Road for a pole light, stone bench, native plantings; and accept the very generous donation made by the Bellport Village Program to fund the project in the amount of $2,750 (Exhibit: 6) 7. Resolution: ___ Engage the services of Thomas Cramer, Principal of Cramer Consulting Inc., to provide consulting services with regard to environmental and Waterfront Commission issues, at the rate of $250.00 per hour. 8. Updates: • Update on the application for designation of Bellport Village, as a “Tree City.” • The Waterfront Commission has finished both the Bellport Marina Basin and Ho Hum Marina Concepts for presentation to the Board of Trustees. The Bellport Bay Infrastructure Improvements Grant Award obligates HUD funding of up to $2.8M, at 75% of the total cost, whereby the Village would fund the remaining 25%, or $933,333, for a total potential project of $3,733,333. This 2021 Congressional Spending Allocation Grant Award is offered by the Federal Government through HUD. Update: Letter from Holly Kelly, HUD Director of Congressional Grants, dated November 18, 2022, regarding Bellport Village as an EDI Community Project Funding Recipient, contact information, and reminding the Village that HUD has not received our submission, which is due December 31, 2022. (Exhibit: 7) • Update: the submission for the 2022 Congressional Spending Allocation Grant did not move forward for consideration at this time by the Congressional Appropriations Committees. As you will recall this grant was regarding a $3.3M Grant Request for Page | 2  Final: November 21, 2022 Howells Point Coastal Flood Resiliency Project – Howells Creek erosion project and Terminus of the following roads: South Howells, Thornhedge, and Otis. • Update: Village Hall Restoration – Roof, Moldings, Chimney, Cedar Siding 9. Resolution # ____ Approve the following Special Events: (Exhibit 8): i) Holiday Wreath Contest - The Village is providing one (1) pre-lit wreath with a bow to be decorated. 1.) Wreaths can be picked up at Village Hall Between Monday, November 14 and Friday, November 18, between the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm. 2.) Please use shatterproof ornaments and decorations. 3.) Please use twist ties or zip ties to affix decorations to the wreath. The Village reuses these wreaths each year, so please do not use glue or any other permanent adhesive to affix decorations. 4.) Decorated wreaths must be delivered to Village Hall by Monday, November 28th. ii) Bellport Village, the Bellport Fire Department and the Bellport Chamber of Commerce are helping to celebrate the Season with Breakfast with Santa (starting at 10AM, $10 per person, please bring an unwrapped gift to be donated to a charity) iii) Holiday Parade (Time to be determined) with Tree Lighting (TBD), all events are on Saturday, December 3, 2022. iv) Lighting of our Menorah on December 18th on South Country Road 10.
