9) Approve the proposed estimate of $25,875.00 for the installation of a Fire Alarm
System at the Country Club. Expenses will be billed by percentage for the Men’s
Locker Room, Country Club, and Peter’s on the Green as presented.

10) Review the proposed agreement from Brian McCaffrey for MS4 Public Storm Water
Management Awareness Training for Board Members as presented.
11) Approve the request by DPW to take off the Friday after Christmas 2025 and the
Friday after New Years Day 2026. Sanitation stickers have to be ordered by DPW
(time sensitive) as presented.
