Z-22-33 – A zoning change from Agricultural District to Planned Development – Commercial Highway for an approximately 8.0-acre property located at 9007 S. Adoption of an ordinance authorizing the annexation of approximately 2.779 acres, located east of Interstate 35, south of East Amity Road, and west of Rose Lane.
