Consider a resolution supporting roadway and trail project submissions for the Killeen-Temple Metropolitan Planning Organization (KTMPO) 2050 Metropolitan Transportation Plan. 9. Consider authorizing the Executive Director of the Belton Economic Development Corporation to execute a contract with DBearden Investment – GP/LLC for the sale of 5.6 acres in the Belton Business Park. Budget FY2024 10. Consider an Ordinance adopting Budget Amendment #1 to the City of Belton FY 2023 Annual Budget. 11. Call for a public hearing on the City of Belton Fiscal Year 2024 Proposed Annual Budget. 12. Discuss and consider a proposed ad valorem tax rate for the 2023 tax year (Fiscal Year 2024). 13.
