Z-26-01 – Hold a public hearing and consider a zoning change from Single Family-3 to Planned Development (PD) Single Family-3 on approximately 34.737 acres located on E. Avenue R, east of Miller Street, and known as the Hidden Trails Subdivision Phase 2. 8.
