City Council

City Council Work Session November 10, 2025 Present were: Councilors Korzen, Grenier, Valerino, Plourde, Higbee, Qualls and Theberge. Mayor Cone and Councilor Morency were absent. Others present: Dir. Of Strat. Initiatives and Asst. City Mgr. Pamela Laflamme, Finance Director Holly Larsen, City Clerk Shelli Fortin, SAU3 Business Administrator Evan Arsenault, Lisa Connell, Berlin Daily Sun and Members of the Public. In the absence of Mayor Cone, Councilor Higbee is acting Mayor pro tem. He started the meeting at 6:30p.m. Declaration of Election/Accepting the Results of the 11/4 Election Councilor Grenier moved to accept the results of the November 4, 2025 Municipal Election as presented; Councilor Valerino seconded. So moved, the motion carried. 2025 MS-1 Ms. Laflamme distributed and read a memo to Council from our assessing agent Monica Hurley explaining the recent updates to the MS-1 form. The revised 2025 MS-1 form was also included in the Councilor’s packet for their review. Councilor Valerino moved, seconded by Councilor Korzen to accept and sign the 2025 MS-1 as presented. Adjourn On a motion by Councilor Valerino, seconded by Councilor Grenier, the Council voted to adjourn the meeting at 6:37 pm. So moved, the motion carried.
