This memorandum serves to inform the Council of the updated policy and highlight its
major points.
B. 2893 Cherry Street Donation - Ordinance/Agreement - Attachments
Staff recommends the authorization of the 2893 Cherry Street be placed on the agenda
for the February 14th Council Meeting for approval. Should the two appraisals not be
received, this action will be moved to the March 14, 2022 Council Agenda.
C. Bethel Park High School Boosters - Small Games of Chance/Resolution - Attachments
Staff recommends adding to the February 14th Council meeting agenda to authorize
the Bethel Park High School Boosters to conduct small games of chance for
fundraising purposes.
D. Sheriff Sale Purchase/Elm Street Property Ordinance - Attachments
E. Donation of Thunderwood Parcels - Ordinance/Agreement - Attachments
Should the two appraisals not be received, this action will be moved to the March 14,
2022 Council Agenda.

Council not adopt the new assumptions and request that an actuarial study be
conducted to fully understand the financial cost that each recommendation would have
to the Municipal Budget.

Approve the Manager’s recommendation to place signs that limit parking on Woodlet
Lane during school arrival and departure times under the Ninety-day trial of regulations
(65.4 of the Municipal Code).

the Broughton Road Turning Arrow Project to Bronder Technical Services in the amount
of $13,528.00 in accordance with the Bid Recommendation letter from Gateway
