Municipal Authority Salary Increase - Attachments My recommendation is that we move forward with adopting this ordinance at the December 14, 2020 regular meeting. Chase Bank – Bethel Park (Application #2020-0866); Major Land Development - Attachments Staff recommendation would be for the Chase Bank – Bethel Park, Major Land Development to be placed on the November 9, 2020 Regular Council meeting agenda for approval with condition to address any remaining staff or engineering comments. Renda Salon (Application #2020-0870); Minor Land Development - Attachments Staff recommendation would be for the Renda Salon, Minor Land Development to be placed on the November 9, 2020 Regular Council meeting agenda for approval with condition to address any remaining staff or engineering comments. C.
