IT Budget Items Motion: I move that we approve the following IT budget items: -2024 Police Call Recorders Replacement - 2 each, parts and labor at a cost of $28,952.12 -Services for Firewall Configuration and Replacement for Public Works and the Municipal Building - Total project cost $13,199.60 -Redundant Network Switches - Configuration and Deployment total project cost for parts and labor $31,900.54 -Replacement of Obsolete Model Mitel Phones in the Police Department and Community Services - Total cost for 27 phones $$7,754.50 -Computer Workstation Refresh - Total cost of 18 each HP Z2 computer workstations, keyboards and mice, and 36 21-1/2" monitors for a total cost of $30,186.00. First National Bank @ Parkside Center Major Land Development 2022-0171 Project Closeout – Final Site Security Release Motion: I move to release the remaining funds secured in the Letter of Credit currently in place as the project has come to an end. B. Proposals for the Demolition of 4477/4475 2nd Street Motion: I move that we accept the low bid of $19,400.00 from Ron Pardini to demolish the house at 4475/4477 2nd Street. Motion: I move that we accept the bid of $4,122.00 from American Contracting Enterprises for asbestos abatement. C.
