C. 2022 Capital Computer Workstation and Peripheral Equipment Replacement - Attachment IT Administration recommends the Municipality accept the price quote from DellEMC for $24,568.34 and move forward with the purchase of 34 Dell 22”monitors, seven Dell Optiplex 5000 base model computers, and 11 Dell Optiplex 5000 customized computers. D. 2022 Dispatch Desktop Computer Replacements - Attachments IT Administration recommends the Municipality accept the price quote from DellEMC for $2,670.08 and move forward with the purchase of 2 Dell Precision desktop for the police communications dispatch center. ACT 152 BLIGHTED HOMES GRANT - Attachments 3-28-22 Council Committee Meeting 2 March 28, 2022 Staff recommends signing the Concurring Resolution and Slums and Blight Resolution to apply for the Act 152 Blight Removal Program at the April 11, 2022 Regular Council Meeting. Equipment Trailer Purchase - Attachment I am asking for this item to be placed on the April 11, 2022 regular Council Meeting agenda B. GIS Software Upgrades - Attachment Discussion item only – GIS Software Update C. Irishtown, Patterson & Logan Intersection Upgrades - Attachments Discussion Item – Action requested. Staff is requesting a decision on which option we should pursue – traditional intersection or round-a-bout. D. Industrial Park Sidewalk Project Update - Attachments Discussion Item only – After the final concept plans are approved by Council, grants can be sought for the final design, right of way acquisition and construction. E. Sanitary Sewer Lateral Ordinance - Attachment Discussion Item Only F. Backflow Valve Request - Attachments Request permission to submit the agreement to the resident at 441 Glenrock Drive for the installation of a BFV with inline manual shut off gate. G. Grinder Pump Recommendation – 1119 Logan Road -Attachments Discussion Item – Recommend that Council move forward with the installation of a grinder pump at 1119 Logan Road H. 1124 & 1126 Logan Road/Relocation of Lateral - Attachments Discussion Item – staff recommends re-routing the laterals of 1124 and 1126 Logan Road and installing backflow valves on the laterals to mitigate sanitary sewer flooding. I. Flooding Project Update/Feasibility Plan Preparation - Attachments Discussion Item Only – Staff is recommending hiring a consultant to research the feasibility of the four remaining projects to see if they are viable options for consideration. $200,000 is available in the 2022 budget. This project is proposed to start at the end of Q2 after a consultant is selected. J. Chestnut Street Storm Sewer - Attachments Discussion Item – Recommend having Roto-Rooter complete the Chestnut Street Storm Sewer to protect the roadway from further damage. The cost will be approximately $24,500. K. Ridgeway Flooding Concerns - Attachments Discussion Item Only. L. ADA Transition Plan - Attachments 3-28-22 Council Committee Meeting 3 March 28, 2022 Discussion Item Only – Recommend that Council move forward with the proposal fee from EPM Architecture for $6,000 to complete the Bethel Park Facilities compliance review.
