Grinder Pump Recommendation – 1119 Logan Road -Attachments Discussion Item – Recommend that Council move forward with the installation of a grinder pump at 1119 Logan Road H. 1124 & 1126 Logan Road/Relocation of Lateral - Attachments Discussion Item – staff recommends re-routing the laterals of 1124 and 1126 Logan Road and installing backflow valves on the laterals to mitigate sanitary sewer flooding. I. Flooding Project Update/Feasibility Plan Preparation - Attachments Discussion Item Only – Staff is recommending hiring a consultant to research the feasibility of the four remaining projects to see if they are viable options for consideration. $200,000 is available in the 2022 budget. This project is proposed to start at the end of Q2 after a consultant is selected. J. Chestnut Street Storm Sewer - Attachments Discussion Item – Recommend having Roto-Rooter complete the Chestnut Street Storm Sewer to protect the roadway from further damage. The cost will be approximately $24,500. K. Ridgeway Flooding Concerns - Attachments Discussion Item Only. L.
