Oxford Signals Upgrade Project Motion: I move that we award the Oxford Signals Upgrade Project to Traffic Control and Engineering in the amount of $55,403.00. C. Highland Road Bridge Repairs Project Motion: I move that we award the Highland Road Bridge Repairs Project including alternates 1 and 2 to Mele, Mele & Sons in the amount of $415,900.00. D. Sodium Bicarb Bid Results Motion: I move that we accept the bid results and recommendations and award to provide Sodium Bicarbonate for the Piney Fork Treatment Plant at $0.4125 per pound. E. Phase II Consent Order Alternatives Analysis Report Approval Motion: I move that we approve the Sanitary Department Alternatives Analysis Report for submission to the Allegheny County Health Department, in compliance with the Phase II Consent Order. F. Resolution - Park Lighting Project – RACP Application & Business Plan Motion: I move that we approve Resolution R6-10-24A to obtain funds from the RACP grant in the amount of $500,000 to complete improvements to Millennium Park that include installation of recreational sport light poles, stormwater upgrades, and parking lots. Resolution - Act 13 Grant for Peter Page Park Stream Restoration Project Motion: I move to approve Resolution R6-10-24C for the Watershed Restoration and Protection Program (WRPP) grant of $249,917.00 from the Commonwealth Financing Authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to be used for Peter Page Park Stream Restoration Project. H. Resolution - Act 13 Grant for Peter Page Park Flood Control Project Motion: I move to approve Resolution R6-10-24D for the Flood Mitigation Program (FMP) grant of $500,000.00 from the Commonwealth Financing Authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to be used for Peter Page Park Flood Control Project.
