Sewage Facilities Planning for Coen Markets Development @ 5281 Library Road – A Resolution for Plan Revision for New Land Development Motion: I move that we approve Resolution No. R06-12-23A revising the Official Municipal Sewage Facilities Plan for inclusion in the Coen Markets Sewage Facilities Planning Module submission to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. B. Land Development Plans for Bethel Park Elementary School Major Land Development Application No. 2023-0150 Request for Preliminary/Final Approval Motion: I move that we approve the Preliminary/Final Land Development Plans for Bethel Park Elementary School subject to the applicant complying with the outlined conditions. C. Lot Consolidation Plan for Bethel Park School District and Henry A. & Jane M. Capozzi Motion: I move that we approve the Lot Consolidation Plan for the Bethel Park School District and Henry A. Jr. & Jane M. Capozzi. D. Land Development Plans for Coen Markets Store # 247 @ 5821 Library Road Major Land Development Application No. 2023-141 Request for Preliminary/Final Plan Approval Motion: I move that we approve the Preliminary/Final Land Development Plans for Coen Markets Store #247 at 5281 Library Rd, dated March 8, 2023 and last revised June 6, 2023 subject to the applicant complying with the outlined conditions. E. Sewage Facilities Planning for Bethel Park Elementary School Development @ NAMS Campus – Resolution for Plan Revision for New Land Development Motion: I move that we approve Resolution No. R06-12-23B, revising the Official Municipal Sewage Facilities Plan for inclusion in the Bethel Park Elementary School Sewage Facilities Planning Module submission to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. 6/12/2023 Regular Council Meeting 3 June 12, 2023 Citizens’ Comments – Public Works and Maintenance Items Public Works and Maintenance Items A. Capital Project - Pickleball Motion: I move that we accept the low bid of $1,562,811.45 from Caliber Contracting Services, Inc. for the Base Bid plus Alternate 1 & 2. B. Capital Project - First Street Wall Motion: I move that we accept the low bid of $380,446 from Quigley Development. C. Capital Project - Clark Bridge Motion: I move that we accept the low bid of $90,104.00 from Lone Pine Construction. D. Capital Project - Highland Bridge Motion: I move that we reject the bids for the Highland Bridge Project and make this a capital project for 2024 with a budget of $500,000. E. ACT152 Allegheny County Blight Removal Program Application I move that we approve Resolution No. R06-12-23C and Resolution No. R06-12-23D to apply for demolition funding through the ACT 152 Blight Removal Program.
