Resolution of Records Disposition - Attachment Staff recommends that Council add the attached resolution to the agenda for the July 12th, 2021 regular council meeting. C. NLC Service Line Warranty Program – Reference Feedback - Attachments Provision of reference feedback to Council for further understanding of the program to determine future action, if any. D. Strategic Plan Review - Attachments Provide guidance and feedback for Staff to make any necessary revisions, so the 2021 Strategic Plan can be finalized and formally adopted. E. Clip on Microphones for Council Chambers - Discussion Item Council Member Don Harrison has requested this item be placed on the Council Committee Agenda for discussion. F. Actuarial Valuation Report We will be requesting that Mockenhaupt Benefits Group conduct an analysis depicting the preliminary 2021 valuation results utilizing the 2019 assumptions and the recommended assumptions so we can better understand the financial impact this will have on our estimated Minimum Municipal Obligation prior to making any decision. G. Outreach Teen and Family Services – Additional Support - Attachment Staff recommends approving the additional $10,000 grant for continuation of service provision from Outreach Teen and Family Services using funds received thru the American Rescue Plan Act. H. Ordinance to Amend Mandatory Retirement Age Requirements - Attachment Discussion with the approval to move forward with adoption of the Ordinance at the July 12 Regular Meeting. Application #2021-0381 Sparrow Applied Designs, LTD - Rezoning Request - Attachments Recommendation for staff to advertise for a Public Hearing to be held on the rezoning request, Application #2021-0381 at 6:30 pm on July 26, 2021 prior to the Council Planning & Zoning Committee meeting. C. SDM Development, LLC – Final Security Reduction - Attachments Approval of the SDM Developments, LLC final bond release as recommended by staff and engineering. Security Cameras at Village Green Park - 3 Additional - Attachments Staff is requesting that this item go to the Council Meeting on July 14, 2021, for approval. E. Beagle Drive Bridge Repair Project - Attachments Recommend awarding the Beagle Drive Bridge Repair Project to Michael Facchiano Contracting in the amount of $79,900. It is recommended at this time, that the project be placed on the July Council meeting. F. Purchase of Two New Salt Trucks for Year 2022- Discussion Item Adjournment
