The Enclave at Cool Springs (Application 2021-0156) – Bond Release No. 2 - Attachments Motion: I move that we approve The Enclave at Cool Springs bond reduction no. 2 for the amount of $6,678.00 per the Municipal Planner’s memorandum dated September 7, 2022. South Park Apartments Major Land Development Application (2022-0454) – Planning Module Resolution - Attachments Motion: I move that we approve Resolution No. R9-12-22B for the Planning Module for the South Park Apartments Major Land Development Application #2022-0454 per the Municipal Planner’s memorandum dated September 7, 2022.
