Ordinance 9-28-20 Debt Ordinance - Attachment Motion: I move that we approve Ordinance No. 9-28-20 authorizing the Municipality to incur lease rental debt in the amount not to exceed $40,000,000. B. 2020 Cloud Migration Project - Attachment Motion: Recommend approval of the IntegraOne bid in the amount of $44,998.25 with a monthly subscription rate in the amount of $2,395.23. C. PennDOT Winter Maintenance 2020-2025 - Attachment Motion: I move that we approve Resolution R9-28-20A authorizing the Municipality to enter into a Winter Traffic Services Agreement with Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) for a period of 5 years, thru the 2024-2025 winter season.
