Approve and authorize the Executive Director to issue Payables and Payroll in the amount of $1,118,015.27 for the month of November 2023. B. Approve and authorize the Executive Director to issue Section 8 and MRVP Housing Assistance payments in the amount of $842,186.03 for the month of November 2023. C. Approve and authorize the Executive Director to execute a Certificate of Substantial Completion to Cape Cod Builders as of November 8, 2023, for Roof Replacement/Exterior Painting at Essex Street. Approve and authorize the Executive Director to execute a contract amendment to extend contract dates of service for CFA 5010 for the sustainability portion of the ModPHASE project from 6/30/2023 to 6/30/2024. Approve and authorize the Executive Director to execute a second-year contract with OD Answering Services, beginning February I, 2024 through January 31, 2025 for an monthly fee of $525.00 ($6,300.00 annually). F. Approve and authorize the Executive Director to submit the Beverly Housing Authority State Annual Plan for Fiscal Year 2025 as presented. G. Approve and authorize the Executive Director to submit the Beverly Housing Authority HUD FY2024 Annual PHA Plan as presented. H. Approve and authorize the Executive Director to apply for maintained funding for the Mixed Population Coordinator Award at the current funding level , $52,000.00 for FY24 through FY28. I. Approve and authorize the Executive Director to apply for increased funding for the Resident Service Coordinator grant pursuant to EOHLC 2023-18.
