regarding environmental stewardship obligations in anticipation of a meeting with
National Grid's internal sustainability representatives.
• Review the process of utilizing the "hotline" and how to make sure that residents know
how to address immediate concerns. Is there a way to eliminate the need to write letters
reporting on incidents.
