• Ongoing discussion about and creation of a list of questions to pose to National Grid regarding
environmental stewardship obligations in anticipation of a meeting with National Grid's internal
sustainability representatives.
• Review the process of utilizing the "hotline" and how to make sure that residents know how to
address immediate concerns. Is there a way to eliminate the need to write letters reporting on
incidents.
• Update on resident impact issues.
• Revisit issues regarding incident notification by NG/Mccourt and resident communication
regarding incidents after recent sewer line break on Broadway.
• Revisit status of rental space at Cummings Center for impacted work from home residents
including detail of how the availability of the space will be communicated and how residents will
be able to sign up/register to use the space.
