Pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12, 2020, Order Suspending Certa in Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L.
c. 30A Section 18, the Governor's March 23, 2020, Order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that
may gather in one place, and G.L. c. 20 of the Acts of 2021 signed into law by Governor Baker on June 16, 2021 ,
extending the option for remote meetings, this meeting of the Beverly Clean Energy Advisory Comm ittee will be
conducted by remote participat ion. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be available, but every·
effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequ ately access the proceedings in real time, via technological
means. In the event that we are unable to do so, despite best efforts, we will post on the City's website an audio or
video recording, transcript, or other comprehensive record of proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting.
