1. Call to order
Subcommittee Chair Buchsbaum calls the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. and announces that this
is a subcommittee meeting of the CPC being held remote and conducts a roll call. Richter – here,
Ershun - here, and Buchsbaum – here.
2. Habitat for Humanity, Application Review Process, Revised for Grant Agreement – the
process was clarified including how it would be outlined in the grant agreement. Beth
Oldmixon clarified that this is for the preservation of community housing not critical home
repair. Ms. Oldmixon also expressed that there was no need for the claw back clause in the
grant agreement since the affordability restriction that is in place on eligible units would
regulate the affordability. The subcommittee members agreed with this approach and each
member expressed their support for this.
Richter: Motion to amend the application review process ad discussed today and
outlined by Ms. Oldmixon. Ershun Seconded. Roll Call Vote: Richter – yes; Ershun –
yes, and Buchsbaum – yes.
There was also discussion about how the grant agreement specified up to $100,000
would be provided by the CPA grant and that the term of the grant was for 1 year
(from signing the agreement).
