Estelle Rand joined at 5:35 pm. Changes made to ordinance draft based on feedback form the full Historic Districts Commission meeting held March 30, 2022. The updates focused on simplifying the requirements for a Study Committee (ref 3. E), the specification of an additional technical member of a Neighborhood Conservation District in addition to the Historic Districts Commission member (section 3.D) and some minor grammatical improvements The Subcommittee also discussed section 8 (Validity and Severability) and decided to leave it alone pending review by city legal counsel. Meeting adjourned at 6:10 pm. Decisions: Approved the changed to the ordinance draft Actions: Jay Leahy to update draft document per the Subcommittees input, draft minutes for this meeting and provide to Planning Administration.
