We are meeting remotely in accordance with An Act Relative to Extending Certain State of Emergency Accommodations (''Act"), which was signed by Governor Baker on July 16, 2022. On March 29, 2023, Governor Healey signed a bill, extending the expiration date of the temporary provisions regarding remote meetings from March 31, 2023, to March 31, 2025., allowing a public body to continue holding meetings remotely without a quorum physically present at a meeting location as long as it provides "adequate, alternative" access to remote meetings.
