Consideration and Possible Action to Approve a Tax Deed and the Sale of Certain Real Properties Listed Below and Authorizing the Mayor to Execute any Necessary Documents: a. Discussion Regarding Moss Creek Lake, Including Historical Bowles  and Current Operations, Recreational Use, Management Practices, Rules and Regulations, Public Health and Safety Matters, Watershed Protection, Environmental Conditions, Water Quality, Infrastructure Needs, Conservation Efforts, Enforcement Issues, Public Access, and Future Operational, Regulatory, Maintenance, and Capital Improvement Considerations.
