Star City Council
Special Meeting
A special meeting of the Star City Council was held on December 13, 2004 at the Star
Fire Station at 6:00 pm. Mayor Nathan Mitchell called the meeting to order.
Roll Call: Council members Tammy McDaniel, Dustin Christopherson, Tom Erlebach
and Chad Bell were all present.
Executive Session: Bell moved to go into Executive Session under Idaho Code Statute
67-2345 (2) Labor Negotiations, McDaniel seconded the motion. Roll Call: McDaniel,
Christopherson, Erlebach and Bell - all aye: motion carried.
Executive Session ended and Council returned to the Special Meeting.
McDaniel moved to set the salary range at $50,000 to $65,000 and offer the higher end to
the City Planner, Christopherson seconded the motion. Roll Call: McDaniel,
Christopherson, Erlebach and Bell all aye: motion carried.
Adjournment: It was moved by Erlebach and seconded by McDaniel to adjourn the
meeting. The meeting adjourned at 6:45 pm.
