FINANCE COMMITTEE
MEETING MINUTES
June 6th, 2025, 12:30 p.m.
Members present: Patty Gapen, Chairperson; Tammy Steward, Jamie Biegel
Also present: Samantha Daugherty, Clerk
1. Chairperson Patty Gapen called the meeting to order at 12:35pm
2. The Committee reviewed all bills that were paid in May from both Utility Checking
and General Checking and confirmed checks were paid 26526-26577 for
General Checking and 5318-5335 for Utility Checking. The committee reviewed
the non-lapsing and savings and checking accounts for both utility checking and
general checking accounts. The committee also reviewed journal entries from
Work Horse and time sheets. Motion Steward, second Gapen to recommend the
Board’s approval of the bills, non-lapsing accounts and journal entries for
Wastewater and Water Utility departments and Village general checking. Motion
carried.
3. Set next meeting date: July 9th, 2025 at 7:30am
