FINANCE & BUDGET COMMITTEE MINUTES Biron Municipal Center October 31st, 2025 7:30am MEMBERS: Jon Evenson, Chairperson; Jamie Biegel, Patty Gapen, Tammy Steward 1. Call to Order: Chairperson Evenson called the meeting to order at 7:34am, Steward was excused. Clerk/Treasurer Samantha Daugherty and DPW Kayla Lumaye were also present. 2. Review and discuss expenditures and revenues for 2026 budget. The committee discussed expenses for 2025 and how to budget for these items for 2026. Discussed the tracking of pay category for Treasurer and the line item for the life insurance. Discussed the service contracts that were signed and how those costs are allocated to the budget. Discussed the state aid the village receives and other funding sources. Committee did have some additional questions and stated staff could continue to work through the calculations for all wages line items and bring the updated budget to the board for the special board meeting to adopt the preliminary budget. 3.
