MINUTES SUBJECT TO VILLAGE BOARD APPROVAL
VILLAGE OF BIRON SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
MINUTES – March 25, 2024
The March 25, 2024 Special Village Board meeting was called to order at 6:10 p.m. by President
Jon Evenson at the Biron Municipal Center. The meeting was properly posted according to
Wisconsin State Statutes.
PRESENT: Jon Evenson, Tammy Steward, Mike Guillemot, Dan Muleski, Patty Gapen. Mark
Honkomp and Jamie Biegel are excused. Also present: Anne Arndt, Clerk
MSA will be providing professional services to the Village in negotiations of the Intergovernmental
Agreement with the City of Wisconsin Rapids for wastewater services. Motion Evenson, second
Steward to accept the proposal from MSA, for an estimated fee of $2,500. Motion carried.
The Legislative Committee will be meeting soon regarding regulation of residential and Airbnb
short-term rentals and creation of an Ordinance.
ADJOURN: Motion Muleski, second Guillemot to adjourn at 6:30 p.m. Motion carried.
