TOWN OF VERMONT PLAN COMMISSION MEETING November 2, 2023 – 8:00 a.m. Call to order and posting certification. Tim called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m. The meeting was properly noticed: posted on the front door of Town Hall, posted on the town website, and emailed to the online subscribers. Present: Tim Pierce, Diane Anderson, Dean Bossenbroek, Jim Elleson, Doug Meier Absent: Nick Balster, Scott Moe Site Visit Driveway and Building Approval Nancy & Jeffery Bell Near 4664 Old Indian Trail This was a site visit for a previously approved driveway and building site. The site was approved by the planning commission on 8-24-20 and the Board on 9-14-20. The driveway permit expired on 9-14-23. Since our driveway ordinance states that the permit expires after 36 months and is silent on extensions, we started the process over. The planning commission conducted a new site visit on 11-02-23. The driveway and building envelope were both staked. There have been no changes to either the driveway or building envelope as previously approved. Dean moved and Jim seconded a motion to approve the driveway and building envelope. Motion carried 5-0. Adjournment. Doug moved and Dean seconded a motion to adjourn. Motion carried 5-0.
