The Common Council met at City Hall in the City of Black River Falls on December 3, 2024 at 6:00 P.M.
Alderpersons Gearing-Lancaster, Wussow, Ammann, Peloquin, and Busse were present. Alderpersons M.
Rave, E. Rave, and Dougherty attended remotely via Zoom meetings. Mayor J. Eddy presided.

It was moved by Alderperson Wussow, seconded by Alderperson Peloquin to approve the minutes of the
November 20, 2024 Special Common Council meeting. Motion carried.

There were no citizens in attendance for agenda items.

It was moved by Alderperson M. Rave, seconded by Alderperson Wussow to place on file the minutes of the
November 18, 2024 Utility Commission meeting. Motion carried.

It was moved by Alderperson Ammann, seconded by Alderperson Gearing-Lancaster to approve the application
for renewal of Pawnbroker License submitted by Nick’s Pawn located at 26 N. Water Street. Motion carried.

It was moved by Alderperson Busse, seconded by Alderperson Gearing-Lancaster to approve the application for
Class A Beer Retailer License for Smokers Corner, LLC for premises located at 14 South Roosevelt Road.
Motion carried.

at 6:13pm.
