Minutes
The Plan Commission met at City Hall in the City of Black River Falls on October 14, 2024 at 5:30 P.M.
Mayor Jay Eddy, Commissioners Mike Rave, Randy Eddy, Anneliese Eddy, Dennis Guenther, and Marc
McDowell were present. Commissioner Jarod smith was excused. Jon Bingol (MRRPC), Simon Fichter
(MRRPC), and the City Administrator were also in attendance. Mayor Jay Eddy presided.
1. Mayor Jay Eddy called the meeting to order at 5:30 P.M.
2. The Commission reviewed and discussed goals and objectives for the Comprehensive Plan including
childcare, housing, transportation, utilities, economic development, public safety, municipal court,
recreational trails, intergovernmental cooperations, and land use.
3. It was moved by Commissioner R. Eddy, seconded by Commissioner Guenther to adjourn. Motion
carried at 7:34pm.
